I am home for a few days and there are so many things to forage, pick, dry and store at this point. Our kitchen is a organized chaos of drying herbs, mushrooms, roots, seeds and bark. The smell is wonderful. The air potent with medicine and the pantry is filling up.
Most of the herbs are picked here at the farm, close to the arctic circle and some in the most northern parts of Norway. They are potent beyond words. Keep your eyes open for some products this autumn.
