Hej alla!
Vi hyr ut torpet Solvilda hela nästa odlingssäsong!
(Vid intresse kan vi eventuellt hyra ut längre).
Vi hyr ut till enskilda individer som längtar efter lugn och ro, till par som vill bo i en by på landet eller till vänner som vill bo kollektivt och odla tillsammans.

Vi har mycket odlingsmark och en stor nyanlagd ört- och köksträdgård där det ryms mängder av mat. På åkern kan det odlas potatis eller vad annat ni önskar er. Det finns ett tiotal nyplanterade fruktträd samt ett etablerat hallonsnår som ger oerhörda mängder hallon. Röda vinbär och krusbär samt en jordgubbskulle finns också. Vildängen kring huset är berikad med te, medicin och matväxter. Vi har även byggt en enkel utedusch i trädgården dit trädgårdsslangen kan kopplas inifrån och ge varmt duschvatten.
Gården som är ca 1 ha stor sträcker sig hela vägen ned till Lillpiteälven där ni har en egen glänta för mys och bad. Älven är skön att bada i och vacker att fara på utflykt i eka/kanot/kajak eller liknande. Är ni intresserade av fiske säljs fiskekort i byn.

Hela huset (utom toalett) är nyrenoverat med bivax, linolja och papptapeter vilket ger en väldigt behaglig inomhusluft. Giftfritt boende. Köket har en vattenmantlad vedspis som via vattenelement värmer hela huset samt en vanlig spis och kyl/frys/tvättmaskin. Det finns en stort sovrum med dubbelsäng, soffa och piano. Ett meditationsrum/dansrum/yogarum. Enkel toalett med dusch. Övervåningen har ett gästrum med utfällbar dubbelsäng, en stor klädkammare med fönster samt ett stort rum som för närvarande används som studio- och musikrum.

Några meter längre ned på byavägen finns en mysig bagarstuga med stenugn, perfekt för bröd och pizzabak! Grannen har höns och äggförsäljning. Björkved finns till försäljning nästgårds. ICA Olofssons Lanthandel (med ekologiskt utbud) och bränslepumpar finns inom gångavstånd. En skola, antikhandel och restaurang samt en ekologisk hårfrisör likaså. Sju av tio personer i byn är egenföretagare så det finns många spännande människor att utbyta med; bl.a en ekologisk choklad och lakritsimportör.

Vi hyr ut huset möblerat. Alla husgeråd finns samt piano, böcker och andra underhållande ting. Vid intresse kan även trumset och studioutrustning hyras. Och Ni är givetvis välkomna att bo in er med era personliga ägodelar! Vi vill att ni ska känna er hemma.

Ni som är ovana har möjlighet att provbo på landet och odla er egen mat, ni som har vanan inne har ett vacker och skönt hus att bo i och massor av mark att odla på. Vill ni ha djur går även det bra.

RENT Torpet Solvilda!
Hello everyone!
We are renting out beautiful Torpet Solvilda this upcoming summer as we will be away in business. We may be interested in extending the rental period depending on yours and our circumstances.
We will rent the house to individuals that long for peace and quiet, to couples who want to experience life on the countryside, or to groups that wish to try out collective living.

Our property has plenty of soil for cultivation and a brand new large herb and kitchen garden with raised no dig growing beds. There’s a large field available for growing food as well. We also have newly planted fruit trees and a huge shrubbery of raspberries that give a high yield of berries. We also have gooseberries, strawberries and redcurrant as well as a lot of edible perennials. The wild meadow surrounding the main building provides tea, medicinal plants and salads. We have built an outdoor shower with access to warm water.

The farm is about 10 000 m2 and borders a river, Lillpiteälven, where a patch of forest provides privacy and access to swimming. It is a beautiful river to travel with boat or canoe. Fishing licences can be purchased in the village.

The farm is situated in a valley which provides a favorable growing climate. Only a few hours away lies the arctic circle and the northern lights are a common reoccurrence in Lillpite.
Lillpite is an old farmers village located 20 km from a city, Piteå and 50km from Luleå which is connected via railway and airline with the rest of the world.

The entire building, except for the bathroom, has been renovated in 2013 using only non-toxic materials and methods, such as beeswax, linseed oil and toxin free wallpaper, resulting in great indoor air quality. The kitchen has a wood-burning stove that is connected to the water heated radiators. The radiators can run solely on electricity as well. Furthermore, the kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer and washing machine. There’s a large main bedroom with a king size bed, a sofa and a piano. There’s a room for meditation, yoga, painting and other creative expression. There’s a fully functioning toilet with a shower. The upper floor has a guestroom with two beds, one large walk-in closet and another large room that currently houses a music studio.

There is also access to a traditional baking house with a wood-burning stove, great for bread and pizza. Firewood is available for sale from a neighbor. There’s a general store (with lots of organic products), gasoline pumps and a restaurant within walking distance, as well as a small school and an antiquity shop. Seven out of ten villagers run their own companies so there are plenty of exciting people to meet. For example one of our neighbors import organic licorice and chocolate, and also runs a construction company. A couple of neighbors also sell high quality eggs.

The house will be rented out fully furnished. Kitchen accessories will be available, as well as books and other items of entertainment. Feel free to bring your personal belongings. We hope you’ll feel at home in our home!

Renting our house is an opportunity to experience life in the Swedish countryside, to grow your own food if you wish and to live in a beautiful home with a beautiful garden. If you want to bring animals that is fine.
